Clock function Supports the Non-SSM protocol, standard SSM protocol and extended SSM protocol.
Provides the synchronous clock signal for the boards in the system.
Supports the following working modes: trace mode, holdover mode, and free-run mode.
Supports the control of the priority of clock sources.
Controls the clock source switching function.
Supports the processing and setting of the S1 byte.
Provides two 2048 kHz or 2048 kbit/s external clock interfaces whoseimpedance is 120 ohms.
Cross-connect function Supports the cross-connection at the VC-4, VC-3, and VC-12 levels, andrealizes the service grooming between lines, tributaries, and the line and the tributary.
Line functions Provides two STM-1/STM-4/STM-16 optical interfaces. The optical interface supports the hot-pluggable SFP optical module.
The STM-1 optical interface is named OI2D, the STM-4 optical interface is named OI4D and the STM-16 optical interface is named OI16D.
