The SSR2PD1A is a PDH processing board, The SSR2PD1A can be used on OSN 1500B, OSN 2500 equipment to add and drop PDH signals and transmit/receive and process 32*E1 signals

The SSR2PD1A doesn't have interface on it, it need works together with 1*D75S

Basic Functions Processes 32xE1 signals.
Optical Module Specifications Supports the detection and query of the information about the optical module.
Provides the ALS function. The optical interface supports the setting of the on/off state of a laser.
Supports the swappable optical modules, thus facilitating the maintenance and upgrade of the optical modules.
Service Processing Transmits/Receives and processes 32xE1 electrical signals when working with the interface board.
Supports the E13 function, which is used to converge E1 services into E3 services.
Supports the extraction of the reference clock.
Overhead Processing Supports the transparent transmission and termination of the path overheads at the VC-12 level, such as the J2 byte.
Alarms and Performance Events Reports various alarms and performance events, which facilitates the management and maintenance of the equipment.
Protection Schemes Supports the TPS protection when working with the electrical switching and bridging board. The protection relationship between the boards is as follows:
When the working board is the R1PD1, the protection board can be the R1PD1 or R2PD1.
When the working board is the R2PD1, the protection board can be the R2PD1.
Maintenance Features Supports inloops and outloops at electrical interfaces.
Supports warm resets and cold resets. The warm reset does not affect services.
Supports the query of the manufacturing information of the board
Supports the in-service loading of the FPGA.
Supports the upgrade of the board software without affecting services.
The R1PD1 supports the PRBS test in the tributary direction and in the cross-connect direction.
R2PD1: Supports the PRBS test in the tributary direction and in the cross-connect direction in the normal mode or MUX mode.
Does not support the PRBS test in the Server mode.
The R1PD1 does not support the CRC function, but the R2PD1 supports the CRC function.
