Step 1: Enquiry
You may click after choosed the products you want to buy. For new customers, you can send message to us after fill out the information as below, we will reply to you by the E-mail you left.
Or you can also inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org directly, our sales representative will contact back to you soon. For return customer, you may enquire from your familiar sales representative straightway.
Step 2: Quotations
After Requirement be clarified and confirmed, our sales representative will quote to you with price, availability, lead time, shipping cost (if needed), and shipping method. Generally speaking, we will reply to our customer at once, but due to the jet lag, maybe sometimes we cannot reply your E-mail immediately, please be patient, and wait for our quotation.
Please note: If the cargo is less than 45KGs, we suggest Express, such as: DHL, FedEx, EMS etc, it's door to door service. If more than 45KGs, we suggest Express or Airway Cargo, Airway Cargo is airport to airport service with a lower cost compare to Express. We also accept arrange shipment by you our customer.
Step 3: Proforma invoice
Once you confirmed all of the information we quoted to you is correct and decided to place your order, an official Proforma Invoice with payment information will submitted to you by our sales representative. Please read carefully for the Proforma invoice, including the items specification, price, company information, terms of payment etc. to guarantee you purchasing security and precision, and to avoid any error in our business. Step 4: Payment
Your order is pending untill payment is confirmed, for detail payment terms, please refer to payment term section.
All fee (payer & payee) generated by the bank wire transfer should be bear by client. Otherwise, the fee will be deducted from the payment we receive. Please send us the T/T payment advice with date and invoice number by using below email or telephone number.

Step 5: Delivery
Shipping information will be provided to you, once it available.
The method of shipment shall be selected by you the customer. Our goal is to ship within 72 hours after the receipt of the order for in-stock items. Shipment delays can happen from time-to-time for a variety of reasons. Telecomate attempts to keep its customers informed when an order is delayed
For our return customer and offline buying, we prefer wire transfer. Please contact with our sales representative to gain more payment information. We will continuously track your cargo until safely arrive in your country.
When you get the goods, please confirm the receipt to our sales representative immediately.
