Return Policy


To provide the highest quality of Huawei network products to our every customer, Telecomate strictly tests every product before be put into the warehouse, and also will go through rigorous testing procedure during the stock and before shipment. Generally, all products provided by Telecomate, will come with standard vender like 1 year warranty. But if products fail during warranty time, please contact with your sales representative, or email to support@telecomate.com to verify your problem and enquire solutions for the failed products. If the problem still can't be fixed by remote support trouble shooting methods i.e. email or phone support, then return procedure triggered.

Return Procedure


When Return procedure triggered, our sales representative will contact with you, some necessary information need to be collected:

Contract No. Invoice No. Order No.

Item Serial No. Item picture, Packed picture.

You may send the confirmed information to your sales representative.

After received your confirmed information, our sales representative will send you the return instruction by email, including shipping address and special shipping invoice, and requirements for return shipment.

Then you can start ship to our reverse logistics address in Hong Kong, which will provide to you before shipment. Once shipped, pleases avail sales representative tracking No. immediately. After received the failed products, we will have a test to decide whether repair or directly replace items for you. The repaired / replaced items will start delivery to you after 15~25 days.

 

Requirements for Return Shipment


The instructions and requirements for return shipment:

When return the products, shipping fee should be customers' responsible. The Customer is responsible for paying shipment charges when returning to us at Hong Kong; we will pay for shipment of the repaired or replaced items back to the customer.

To reduce your cost, any accessories like cables, user documentations should not be returned.

To avoid damage during shipping, and to guarantee the return procedure proceed normally, returned products must be packed properly.
