Telecomate ships products to worldwide, because our customers are from North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and so on. Your packages would be arrived your destination safely and securely with our professional services and reliable international carriers. Flexible shipping modes can be chosen in Telecomate to ensure your products arrive on time and at the right cost, or trust us as forwarder, even appoint forwarder, by the way of Air, Sea, Road. The typical express carrier is by DHL, Airway Cargo.

 

Shipping Methods We Offered


Due to network hardwares normally in small volume and big amount, here 3 delivery methods are mostly recommendated, as sets for system default selection, 

· FOB China Mainland.

We can delivery to your appointed address in China Mainland for free of charge. It can be your forwarder address, or you can inform your forwarder to pick up in our office.

· FOB Hong Kong.

At a 100USD flat rate, we can delivery to your appointed address in Hong Kong, like your forwarders address.

(Plesae note our warehouses and cargos are not located in Hong Kong, there is logistic and customs commission charges during China to Hong Kong. )

· CIF to your destination countries.

International shipping methods is by DHL, as a default selection. If you have an account in any carrier like Fedex, TNT, EMS, UPS..,inform us before, we could delivery to your carrier in Hong Kong at flat rate 33USD.

(please note, 1. even you have an account in any forwarder, you can take our freight cost compare with yours, in normally condition, we would offer a lower freight fee than by yours; 2. If quote term is CIF, 33USD flat rate to Hong Kong would not be repetitive computation.)

Generally, the method of shipment shall be selected by you the customer. Our goal is to ship within 72 hours after the receipt of the order for in-stock items. Shipment delays can happen from time-to-time for a variety of reasons. Telecomate attempts to keep its customers informed when an order is delayed; however Telecomate is not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of any delays. Telecomate does not guarantee delivery on a certain date and/or time. Partial orders are shipped when certain items are not in stock. Telelcomate may wait to complete an order prior to shipping at customer’s request. Telecomate strives to complete all orders within 20 working days following order receipt. Shipping Fees


To make your order more clear and transparent, all fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method on Telecomate.

If there’s any extra charge be effected for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.

Shipping costs depend on the dimension or the weight of items, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs. As for some tiny items, the above calculation may not be that accurate, you should contact us for correct shipping cost. PS: For Brazil, Russia, Turkey, Africa and some other countries, items will take longer time to arrive due to customs clearance period.

 

Although we will ship out your item within 48 hours, your item may leave Hong Kong after 2-4 business days due to Post Office processing time. So please add transit time and handling time to have realistic delivery time. And delays caused by carriers we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed.

If your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem.

Tracking your orders


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us, which provide you the tracking information for your cargo.

(Please note, tracking No. only can be trackable two days after we ship out, casue in normal condition, cargo would take around 2 days China Mainland Transportation to export to Hong Kong.)
