TNV4E224 24-PORT Ethernet Services Switching Processing Board applied to Huawei OptiX OSN 9800 U64/U32/M24.

To meet ultra-large cross-connect capacity and bandwidth requirements, Huawei presents the OptiX OSN 9800 product series. The OptiX OSN 9800 product series include the OptiX OSN 9800 U64, U32, P18 and universal platform subracks. Applied at the electrical layer, the OptiX OSN 9800 U64 and U32 subracks share boards by using unified software and hardware platforms, and can work with the OptiX OSN 9800 universal platform subrack and P18 subrack, OptiX OSN 8800 platform subrack and T16 subrack, and OptiX OSN 6800 optical subracks in WDM and OTN systems.

The TNV4E224 board has only one variant: TNV4E224S01.

NOTE:

  • The FE electrical signals are accessed through the GE electrical port in 100M full-duplex mode.
  • When transmitting services on ports TX1/RX1–TX24/RX24, every four ports form a group. The groups are as follows: TX1/RX1-TX4/RX4, TX5/RX5-TX8/RX8, TX9/RX9-TX12/RX12, TX13/RX13-TX16/RX16, TX17/RX17-TX20/RX20, and TX21/RX21-TX24/RX24. The combinations of supported transport services is as follows:
    • A group of ports supports hybrid transmission of GE, FE, and 10GE LAN services.
    • A group of ports supports hybrid transmission of GE, FE, and 25GE services.
    • A group of ports supports hybrid transmission of 10GE LAN and 25GE services.
    • The TX1/RX1-TX8/RX8 ports support hybrid transmission of only GE/FE and 10GE LAN services.
