WLAN Technologies used in WIFI 6
The world we are living in is now a world of technology or it is not wrong to say that we are living in the digital world nowadays. Technology has become a necessity in our routine life incredibly.
Moreover, scientists keep on playing their vital roles in making the current technology of every era more and more efficient and faster for more valuable and effective outcomes. Our lives have now dramatically dependent on one of the most necessary technologies called the internet.
With time, we can easily say that in the field of the internet, it has become more and more smart and useful day by day. The hard work behind its success is remarkable. After the amazing success of Ethernet, WIFI was introduced.
What is WIFI?
WIFI was created by a group that was associated with IEEE 802.11 network standards in the late 1990s. This group was connected with the non-profitable Alliance. Since then WIFI was introduced to the world and got an unbelievable response. This is something that happened beyond imagination. It was like a fiction come true that we were enabled enough for connecting to the world wirelessly. This was indeed a big achievement and invention in the history of technology. Wifi is basically a wireless network that is capable of connecting multiple devices via a single connection to the internet and itself. It is a combination of different wireless protocols that are generally based on IEEE 802.11 network standards. This network standard keeps on working for better and better advancements to make the wifi more useful cum efficient.
For the past two decades, we can easily observe that people are amazingly attracted to and addicted to the use of WIFI. And why not people get used to such an invention when it automatically gets involved in all our routine life plans and activities? It seems unrealistic and strange if we visit somewhere and we wouldn’t find WIFI at that place. From basic needs of life to managing numerous life issues, from medical treatment appointments to shopping everything has become a click-away fortune. Hence we need a WIFI to perform our little or big tasks every day.
What is WIFI 6?
WIFI of the 6th generation is generally termed as the WIFI 6 of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). It is compatible with the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.15.4.
