AirEngine 5562-17W overview

Huawei AirEngine 8760R-X1 is a next-generation flagship outdoor access point (AP) in compliance with the Wi-Fi 6 standard. It stands out with excellent outdoor coverage performance, IP68 waterproof and dustproof design, and strong surge protection capability. The AP provides uplink optical and electrical ports, allowing customers to select different deployment modes and saving customers’ investment. These strengths make the AP ideal for high-density scenarios such as stadiums, squares, pedestrian streets, and amusement parks.

  • The AirEngine 8760R-X1 provides services simultaneously on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands.

If the PoE OUT port is not used, no function is restricted. In enhanced dual-radio 2G mode, the 2.4 GHz radio supports 8x8:4 MIMO and a maximum of 20 MHz bandwidth.

If the PoE OUT port (supporting only 802.3af) is used, the 10GE electrical port and the SFP+ optical port work as combo ports, and when one of them is working, the other is unavailable. The GE electrical port is available. Other functions are not restricted. In enhanced dual-radio 2G mode, the 2.4 GHz radio supports 8x8:4 MIMO and a maximum of 20 MHz bandwidth.

In 802.3bt Class 6 power supply mode:

If the PoE OUT port is not used:

The transmit power of radios is not affected.
