Basic functions

Supports 10-channel input dry contact signals and 4-channel output dry contact signals, or four channels of cabinet lightening output signals.

Port specifications

• External ports: Values 1 to 14 identify 14 external ports.
  • 1–10: dry contact signal input ports
  • 11–14: dry contact signal output ports or cabinet lightening output ports
• Internal ports: The port number ranges from 65 to 78.

Working modes of ports

Supports the setting of port working modes.

• External ports 1 to 10: No Use, Term, Mux
• External ports 11 to 14: No Use, Term, Mux, Force Out, Light Out
• Internal ports 65 to 78: No Use, Term, Mux, Force Out

Service processing

• Supports the setting of the dry contact signal polarity.
• Supports the setting of the E1 bearing mode of dry contact signals.
• Supports the setting of the alarm severity of the dry contact signal input/output.
• Supports the setting of the combination input and output ports of the dry contact signal output.

Withstand voltage specifications

• Dry contact signal input port: 3.3 V
• Dry contact signal output port: 100 V
• Cabinet lightening output port: 5 V

Overhead processing

Processes path overheads at the VC-12 level, such as J2 and V5 bytes.

Alarms and performance events

Provides various alarms and performance events, facilitating equipment management and maintenance.

Maintenance features

• Supports warm resets and cold resets. Warm resets do not adversely affect services.
• Supports querying board manufacturer information.
• Supports hot board swapping.

E1 SNCP

Ports 65 to 78 on the system side can be used as E1 SNCP sink ports.
