Huawei S5731S-S48T4X-A1 overview
The Huawei S5731S-S48T4X-A1 switch comes with 48*10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 4*10GE SFP+ ports, and 1*AC power input fixed, and it is one of the Huawei S5735S series switches. S5731S-S48T4X-A1 has 24 more 1000BASE-T RJ45 ports than S5731S-S24T4X-A1.
The Huawei S5735S series fixed Ethernet switches integrate access and transmission functions, providing reliable access/aggregation and high-quality service transmission for enterprise networks. Q: Can I contact fiber on the 48 10/100/1000BASE-T ports?
A: A 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet electrical port sends and receives service data at 10/100/1000 Mbit/s. Generally, we use Ethernet cables(RJ45) to connect 10/100/1000BASE-T ports; if you want to use optical fiber, you need to use 1000BASE-T-SFP electrical modules separately.
Q: Does the S5731S-S48T4X-A1 support expansion slots?
A: As long as the S5731S-S48T4X-A1 has integrated ports, it cannot be expanded.
