Issue Description
Customer have issue about VCMP configuration of S5700, customer try create vlan in VCMP server, but the Client did not synchronize the vlan configuration.

Handling Process
- checked the configuration, all good, just like the example in product document. Interface connected directly by cable
- checked the display vcmp status, found that the “Server ID ”not the same

- Asked customer about what he had done, mentioned thatfirstly configured the server id as “asd”, tested VCMP works fine. Then he changed the configuration on server, change the Server ID from “asd” to “zxc”.
- Customer though that the VCMP will re-negotiate after changing the server ID on Server device.
Root Cause
The VCMP domain ID and device ID learned by a VCMP client remain unchanged. The VCMP client needs to learn VCMP information again when the VCMP server in the local VCMP domain is changed. Therefore, clear learned VCMP information before the VCMP client learns VCMP information.
As we can find above in product document, about the command “reset vcmp”
Solution
execute “reset vcmp ” in user view on VCMP client device, then changing vlan configuration will be synchronize to VCMP client
