AN6000-7 overview

Providing seven service slots, the AN6000-7 is a medium-sized optical line terminal deployed in a central office. It can be applied to moderately populated areas to help save the deployment cost of users. AN6000-7 is the next-generation OLT platform with ultra-broadband access capability for PON smooth evolution. It is carrier-class optical line equipment that can be applied to access scenarios for moderate subscription density. Its distributed architecture design can support high-density GPON, XG(S)-PON, XG(S)-PON Combo, TWDM-PON, WDM-PON, and P2P card, it will bring about higher bandwidth and Medium capacity for the access network. This can help save the telecom operator’s deployment cost and bring them more profit.

Alternative models:

The AN6000-07 comes with 2 PIBA DC power cards, If you do not have a DC power supply environment, then you need a power converter to power it, such as Huawei ETP48100 and ZTE ZXDU468 B600

Static power consumption: 614 W

Typical power consumption: 996 W

Maximum power consumption: 1301 W The equipment can be used together with a PDP with a rated current of 63 A / 32 A. For details of matching PDPs, see PDPs.

Note:   For other card configurations, calculate the overall power consumption according to this formula: overall power consumption = power consumption of 2 core switch cards   + power consumption of 7 service cards + power consumption of 2 power cards + power consumption of the fan unit + power consumption of the common interface card. For power consumption of each card, refer to AN6000   Series Optical Line Terminal Equipment Hardware Description.

The overall power consumption is measured under the following conditions: u Working voltage: -53.5 V DC. u Room temperature: 25℃ (static power consumption and typical power consumption) or 55℃ (maximum power consumption) u Static power consumption: All the broadband ports are deactivated. u Typical power consumption: 50% of the broadband ports are concurrently activated. u Maximum power consumption: 100% of the broadband ports are concurrently activated.
Note 1: The AN6000-7 subrack is equipped with mounting ears for 19-inch cabinets by default.
