Huawei S5320 series and S5720 series switches are both Huawei switches. On some projects, the customer was specified to need the S5320 series switches. However, the number of S5320 series switches in the Chinese market is small, therefore, customers are concerned about whether they can use S5720 series switches to replace S5320 series switches. What’s the differences between S5320 series and S5720 series?
Huawei S5720 series are Huawei enterprise switches, and Huawei S5320 series are Huawei carrier switches, they belong to different categories of Huawei, usually, S5320 series only provide to carrier, therefore, S5320 series are few quantity in the market.

From above table, we know that S5320-50X-EI-46S-AC can be replaced completely by S5720-50X-EI-46S-AC.
Therefore, no matter whether Huawei’s classification is S5720 or S5320 series, just to distinguish between carrier and enterprise, in fact, the functions of these two series of products can be replaced by each other. If the S5320 series cannot be found in the market, customers are advised to choose the S5720 series to replace. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact: csd@telecomate.com.
