A: We provide 1 year warranty for all products.
- Q4: How about the delivery time?
A: If the product is sufficient in the Telecomate.com warehouse, we can delivery within 24 hours on business days after receiving your payment.
If the product is currently out of stock in the Telecomate.com warehouse, generally, it will take 3 to 5 days after receiving your payment.
- Q5: What’s the payment terms?
A: Telecomate.com support T/T and PayPal at present.
- Q6: Do you test products?
A: Yes, of course. All products had been passed our 2-times test procedure before delivery.
- 1. In stock test: check appearance for avoiding defect products, compatibility test, system integration test and hardware reliability test, and stock registration.
- 2. Pre-delivery: retest before delivery, and record product S/N for after-sales service.
- Q7: What’s the shipping measures?
A: Four options: by China Post; by express like DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/ TNT, DHL is default; by air; and by sea. If the weight is less than 2kg, China Post is default. If the cargo weight is more than 2kg, express DHL is default. If the cargo is more than 45kg or more, you can contact sales team: email@example.com to get by air or by sea freight.
- Q8: Do you provide newer firmware if i bought products from you?
A: Yes, we will provide to our clients if we have newer firmware in hand.
- Q9: What’s your MOQ?
A: No MOQ requirement, sample order is welcome.
- Q10: How long does it take to arrive?
A: It will take about 1-3 days to Asia; about 3-5 days to Europe and North America, about 4-7 days to South America and Africa.
- Q11: Which kind of power plug can provide for Huawei ONT?
A: We can provide EU power, CN power, and US power, or as your request.
- Q12: Do the products support OEM?

A: Telecomate.com doesn’t charge any tax or tariff for orders. But you may need to pay the possible tariff or import fees caused by customs clearance.
