Definition of SNS and Hi-Care.

When customers buy switches, APs, etc., they often ask whether we can provide SNS and Hi-Care?
First of all, SNS and Hi Care are services provided by Huawei to customers.

 

SNS specifically includes the following items:
SNS (Software Subscription and Support, annual software fee) includes Upgrade (new software version), Update (software patch), Help Desk (hotline) and Online Support (web/e-mail-based question consultation and response, knowledge sharing, etc.).
All advanced software is bound to 1 year of SNS (software subscription) by default. The functions of advanced software are permanent. If you don’t purchase hardware directly from Huawei, but from other suppliers, other suppliers cannot provide Huawei SNS for you, so SNS has no substantial function, but is only for binding advanced software.
