TNG1M828SM Overview

TNG1M828SM 2*400Gbit/s or 8*100Gbit/s or 20*10Gbit/s Service Multiplexing Into 1*400G/600G/800G Programable Wavelength Conversion Board, applied to Huawei OptiX OSN 9800 M05/M12/M24.

To meet ultra-large cross-connect capacity and bandwidth requirements, Huawei presents the OptiX OSN 9800 product series. The OptiX OSN 9800 product series include the OptiX OSN 9800 U64, U32, P18 and universal platform subracks. Applied at the electrical layer, the OptiX OSN 9800 U64 and U32 subracks share boards by using unified software and hardware platforms, and can work with the OptiX OSN 9800 universal platform subrack and P18 subrack, OptiX OSN 8800 platform subrack and T16 subrack, and OptiX OSN 6800 optical subracks in WDM and OTN systems.

The TNG1M828SM board has only one variant: TNG1M828SMT71.

Digital optical label When LS Ability is enabled, the board supports loading low-frequency pilot-tone modulation signals and overheads during wavelength conversion, and can work the optical-layer board that supports the digital optical label function to detect optical power and overheads and report optical performance data.

  • When the cross-connect granularity is TDUflex, the PM/TCM latency measurement of the lower-order ODU channel is not supported.
