Huawei CE8851-32CQ8DQ-K with 32 potrs 100GE QSFP28, 8 ports 400GE QSFPDD is one of the Huawei CE8800 series switch.
A series of high port density switches, CloudEngine 8800 brings a combination of both high performance and low latency to cloud-oriented data center networks and high-end campus networks alike. Additionally, the series supports an extensive range of data center features, Software-Defined Networking (SDN) capabilities, and high performance stacking technologies.

Downlink Service interface | 32 x 100GE QSFP28/32 x 200GE QSFP56 1. 100GE and 200GE ports can be configured to work in 40GE and 50GE (2x25G) mode. 2. A 100GE port can be split into four 25GE ports, four 10GE ports, or two 50GE ports. Every two adjacent 100GE ports form a group and must be split together. 3. A 200GE port can be split into two 100GE (2x50GE) ports. 4. In V300R020C00, ports 1 and 2 cannot be split, so as to 200GE ports. NOTE: 1. Supported optical modules: (1) In case of port-side air intake, downlink 100GE/200GE ports support 100G-SR4/CWDM4/LR4/4WDM. (2) In case of port-side air exhaust, downlink 100GE/200GE ports support 100G-SR4/CWDM4. 2. Supported copper modules: In V300R020C10 and later versions: If you plan to plug third-party copper cables in the ports that are configured to work in 200GE mode, contact the R&D team for a connection test in advance. In V300R020C00: Ports 1 to 20 do not support 40GE, 40GE 1-to-4 (4x10GE), and 100GE 1-to-4 (4x25GE) copper cables. |
Uplink Service interface | 8 x 400GE QSFP-DD: 1. 400GE ports can be configured to work at the rate of 200, 100, or 40 Gbit/s. 2. A 400GE port can only be split into four 100GE (2x50GE) ports, and cannot be split in the following mode: 2x200GE, 2x100GE, 2x40GE, 8x50GE, 8x25GE, 8x10GE, 4x50GE, 4x25GE, and 4x10GE. NOTE: 1. Supported optical modules: (1) In case of port-side air intake, uplink 400GE ports support 400G-SR8/DR4/FR4. In addition, uplink 400GE ports support 400G-LR8 when the ambient temperature is in the range from 0°C to 35°C. In this case, however, the device noise at normal temperatures will exceed the noise specification. (2) In case of port-side air exhaust, uplink 400GE ports support 400G-SR8. In this case, however, the device noise at normal temperatures will exceed the noise specification. 2. Supported copper modules: In V300R020C10 and later versions: Uplink ports support 40GE,100GE,200GE and 400GE copper cables that cannot be split. If you plan to plug third-party copper cables in the ports that are configured to work in 200GE and 400GE mode, contact the R&D team for a connection test in advance.
